Frequently Asked Questions

Seems too do what it say, great to get rid of the plastic part
Great quality product!! So well built and the coffee is tasting better and better from our Breville Barista Pro. The team delivered with an upgraded gravity distributor at no extra cost 🙏
Love the quality of your product, enjoying the coffee even more.

It is very good to use in tandem with the Pesado High Diffusion Portafilter Basket!
Great product. The water is flowing again. I added pics of the factory shower screen only after a few months of using it with a puck screen. This is easier to clean and the water comes out nice and even. I was having issues dialing in the perfect brew. Once I added the pesado, the creama is flowing. I definitely recommend getting this
The puck diffuser screen from Pesado has made a noticeable improvement in my espresso shots, especially with getting the most out of each dose, and keeping the grouphead clean. Highly recommended.
Best way to improve your already majestic gear. Totally worth it and customer service is amazing. I am not kidding spend the money if you did already on a good machine to make it the best.
Nice diffuser, quite thick and strong, easy to clean, and helps keep the screen in the machine cleaner...
Vertu happy
helps with your puck to come out clean and dry. have two of them for different machines. really happy, would not consider other brand
Great to use.Keeps my group head clean and reduces channeling
This puck screen does an excellent job of dispersing hot water into beds of coffee. It's a perfect accompaniment to my new Pesado HE Basket.
Got the puck screen just to keep the group head clean which it does well. Looks good too.
Help me a lot whit extraction and keeping head cleaner Slow the flow and more easier to deal in❣️
The Pesado Puck Diffuser Screen is very stylish and sturdy. It helps to distribute water more evenly over the coffee grounds. I like that it keeps clean my Breville Bambino group head, and Pesado shower screen. Since I began to use it my espresso shots are smoother and more flavorful.
so good PESADO
I did not know what is the difference among the other puck screens. It's different pattern topside and bottom side. It means it should be positioned top side with logo and bottom side is empty logo. I did not test with bottoms up but I surely can feel more wider on my hand through water flow on my hand with puck screen on. The edge is more soft compare to the other brand puck screen also. I recommend it, it's surely different.
Very solid construction and actually improves the flow with reducing channeling, at least it appears so. Maybe I’ve finally mastered my puck prep?
Der Kaffee schmeckt besser und der Bezug läuft gleichmäßiger durch.
Feels like quality. Translates into quality coffee.
It keeps everything clean.
Now there is an even distribution of water on my Breville Express Impress. The flow is picture perfect and I feel the dialing in process is more efficient. I have changed beans twice, so I had three separate opportunities ro dial in bean changes with the Pesado shower screen. I am also using the ultra thin puck screen. I do not have a very refined palate so I can not comment on any major taste differences of old versus new shower screen, but I am pulling great tasting shots. My pours look like the thick, warm honey that we all are chasing!
Hi Guys I have teh shower screenand they work great. I had no trouble with adjusting teh grind so that I get a good esspres of coffee. I later brout a Pck screen, but unfortunately I brought the 1.7mm thick one. I have managed to get this to work well on the double shot basket, but have no hope on a singlr shot basket. For thisd I would need the .2mm puck screen. I have been drawing coffee oat home ith my BES920 double boilerfor about 10 years. Prior to that it was cheap little machines that struggle to make anything that resembles coffee. I am currnetly using MIKRO Coffee beans to make my mornig breakfast.
Easy to install and perfection. I would order the diffuser plate…..
Solid puck screen, makes for more consistent pulls with proper puck saturation prior to full pressure build up.
works great
Love it
This device is intriguing but it required me to do a lot of fiddling to make a coffee. I really haven't got a satisfying result so far. It also prevents me from using my second handle for single shots, so that's annoying.
ur Breville Oracle Touch is brewing like a new machine again
I don’t know if it’s made that much of an improvement to be honest and every couple of days it wants to find a side to squirt from when rinsing. I have found the screen rather useless and awkward to remove. My Barista Express Impress (3 years old) makes a nice coffee with or without your product.
Unfortunately this is way too thick and does not fit under the shower screen when I'm using it so unfortunately it cannot be used.
Breville touch - portafilter wants to rotate out of position and drop into the cup 😬
My Breville Oracle Touch coffee game went from bitter & lacking any body to a beautiful crema and a smooth deep flavour. You will not regret this upgrade.
I love the fact it’s not flimsy and it’s solid material however paired with the HD 54mm shower screen on my breville express with 18g of coffee the portafilter doesn’t fit. It feels like there isnt enough room between the coffee - puck screen - HD Shower screen.
Working as intended!
Love it
Premium product
Puck screen is very good and little thicker put strong quality compare with other puck screen that i had on other company
